The apartment "Ruhrpottglück" is located in a detached two-family house in the heart of Mülheim Dümpten. The apartment has its own entrance and is quietly located in a small street, but very central. The nature reserve "Hexbachtal" is within walking distance for beautiful walks.
. Public transport is within walking distance. Mülheim's main train station can be reached by tram in 14 minutes. In less than five minutes by car, you can reach the A40 motorway. Centro Oberhausen (Westfield), Messe Essen and the University of Duisburg-Essen can be reached within a 15-minute drive by car. Near the Centro (Westfield) there is a Sealife, the aqua park and a top golf course.
A snack bar (Hermis Grill), a pizzeria (Pizzeria Bella Italia), two restaurants and beer gardens (Liebling im Mühlenbach and Restaurant Talschänke)) are within walking distance. There is a Café del Sol nearby. Shops such as an Edeka, a Netto and a bakery are in the immediate vicinity.
