About this apartment rental
Nice two-family house in a quiet area near Centro. 3.5 rooms on 75 square meters. Fully equipped large kitchen. New bathroom with bathtub. 5 minutes to the Centro. Shops are within walking distance. Düsseldorf exhibition center can be reached by car in 25 minutes.
Living room
Very nice and quiet part of Oberhausen. La Grotta (Italian), the bear grill (French fries), Marinos Meze Bar (Greek) and Kahn Ji (Indian) can be reached in five minutes on foot. There are enough parking spaces. The Centro can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. There is also a stop almost in front of the door. Supermarkets such as Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Netto and Pennymarkt are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate four people. All rooms have large windows so the apartment is very bright and flooded with light. The apartment is in a turning hammer and therefore no cars drive past the house. So it's very calm.
Access through a newly renovated hallway of a two family home. Only we still live in the house.
We are always available via mobile phone. The apartment has a telephone with national flat. We would be happy to prepare breakfast for you at the weekend and / or do your shopping on site.

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Das Highlight für unser Kind war das Kinderzimmer inkl. Spielzeug. Es war alles sauber und schön eingerichtet.
Eine Sache gibt es allerdings zu beanstanden. Im Kinderzimmer fanden wir eine Steckdose deren Abdeckung kaputt war, ziemlich gefährliche Sachen...

Wir hatten dort ein super Mädels-Festival-Wochenende.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss einer Zwei-Familien-Haushälfte in einer Sackgasse. Die Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr gut. Uns wurden schon bei der Ankunft diverse Ausflugsempfehlungen gegeben, da die Eigentümer ebenfalls Kinder im Grundschulalter haben und daher genaus wissen, was man unbedingt mal gesehen haben sollte (z.B. Freizeitpark Irrland). Einzig die Parksituation vor Ort ist etwas schwierig, wenn man später am Abend zur Ferienwohnung zurückkommt. Es findet sich aber immer in der näheren Umgebung (1-2 Straßen weiter) eine Abstellmöglichkeit.
