About this apartment rental
Beautiful two-family home in a quiet neighborhood near the city center. 3.5 rooms in 77 square meters. Large, fully equipped kitchen. One bathroom with a tub and a second with a shower. 5 minutes to the city center. Shopping is within walking distance. The Düsseldorf Trade Fair is a 25-minute drive away.
Living space
Very nice, quiet neighborhood in Oberhausen. La Grotta (Italian), the Bärengrill (french fry stand),
Kahn Ji (Indian) are all within a five-minute walk. There is plenty of parking available. The Centro is a 25-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop almost right outside the door. Supermarkets like Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Netto, and Pennymarkt are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate six people. All rooms have large windows, making the apartment very bright and filled with natural light. The apartment is located in a turning circle, so no cars drive directly past the building. So it’s very quiet.
Access is via a hallway in a two-family house.

By car from the A3, A 40, and A 42 in five minutes. The train station is two kilometers away and accessible by bus. The bus stop is almost right outside the door, just one street over. Düsseldorf Airport is a 25-minute drive away and can be reached by train from the station in 20 minutes.
