About this villa rental
A beautiful portico, furnished with large sofas, table, table football and the swimming pool with hydromassage, are among the main strengths of this holiday home. The property is surrounded by a fence that guarantees privacy and is also perfect for your four-legged friends. On the horizon of the endless hills of Terre Roveresche, the sea can be seen.
In the garden, a beautiful century-old mulberry tree provides shade in the pool area, where there are also sunbeds and an outdoor shower. In front of the porch, there is a lovely outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink. The night lighting is evocative and relaxing, creating a special atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds and a room with two French beds. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower.
The house is in the countryside without being isolated. The town with services, Piagge, is 2.5 km away. Villanova is 5 minutes by car, the Fano Center shopping centre is a 10-minute drive. The beaches of Fano are only 15 km away. Near the villa, you can visit the historic villages of Orciano, San Giorgio, Mondavio, Piagge and Corinaldo.
With a bit more driving, you can reach the suggestive Furlo Gorge, Urbino UNESCO World Heritage Site, San Marino and the Frasassi Caves. During the summer, it is possible to attend numerous festivals and historical re-enactments. You can take walks or boat trips. Moreover, the area is rich in wineries where you can taste and buy excellent local wines.

Villa Traiani is a very nice house and at a beautiful location in the Hills of La Marche. The scenery is truely incredible, peaceful but still close to the Beach. Service from Marcheholiday was perfect. Thanks!
