About this house rental
Only minutes from downtown Breckenridge, relax and unwind with two large living areas plus room for the whole family to sleep.
Upstairs, you'll find a huge, log-frame king bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bathroom along with a gigantic picture window featuring views of the woods, Red Mountain, and Mt. Argentine. The other two rooms upstairs both contain queen beds with another full bath to share.
A newly renovated basement provides additional sleeping space (two sets of bunk beds) plus a large family room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, wet bar, and ping pong table to keep the entertainment going after a day on the slopes.
The main level includes a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, more living space, another TV, wood burning stove, and an office / sunroom for knocking out a few emails. A sofa bed adds sleeping for a couple of extra bodies as well.
Outside, the large, nearly 1-acre lot includes tons of trees and privacy, along with a firepit for extra warmth on cool summer nights. And nothing beats relaxing under the stars in the hot tub after a day on the slopes!
