We had a wonderful time at this delightful cabin. Close to skiing, sledding and skating and plenty of room for us to spread out inside. Very well appointed property. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place for all age ranges. We were very impressed.

We went to breck for my husbands bday amd one of his buddies. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space. The home is beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. When we come back to breck we will definitely try to book again. 10/10 recommend.

Could definitely sleep more people, but we were very content and not crowded with 11 guests. Had to drive to the mountain to ski- no easy access public transit. Appreciated the games, great hot tub, cozy cabin for a group and well stocked kitchen.

Great place, lots of room. I would only suggest, the kitchen needs more dish towels, wash cloths, and trash bags. Couple of the rooms did not have screens so unable to open because of mosquitos. Otherwise very nice place to stay and host was always very responsive.

The place was awesome. 6 adults and 7 grandkids all had a blast. Lot's of room to spread out. The cabin was stocked and ready to go. Great location and easy to get to any of the tubbing and sledding fun. We will book again and highly suggest others to do the same.

Our family of 11 had a great stay at peaceful pines. The location was great just outside of Breckenridge proper in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of extra spices, baking pans and dishes. The pots and pans could use some updating as there are no large skillets to cook for a group. The space itself is perfect for a large group or multiple families. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The hot tub was a great addition, but some pool towels would’ve been nice instead of using small bath towels. All in all, we loved the cabin and the fun we had.

We were in Breckenridge for a family wedding and couldn't have been happier with our rental. The home is even more beautiful than the photos and well equipped with everything we needed.The property location is excellent, and although we did not need to contact our host Ryan during our stay, he was attentive and responsive to all our questions before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay in the property. The only disappointment is that there was not a toilet on the main floor that could be readily access by most guests. There was not communication with the property manager, but we requested none.

Beautiful houseand location. Everyone had their own space. No extra toilet paper. Refrigerator was not working and the manager couldn't get any one to fix it on a Friday. So for 3 days we had to buy ice and coolers for our food. It was fixed on Monday. Hot rub died on Tuesday but was fixed on Wednesday. Good response by manager, said we would get $ off for the inconveniences.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was spacious, well stocked, very clean and well maintained. We loved that it was conveniently located near Breckenridge. Beautiful setting. Took the opportunity to have a family portrait on the grounds. We'll be glad to have the record of special family time in this wonderful place.

We rented the property for a family celebration and were very happy with the property and location. There was plenty of room to spread out, the great room and dining room allowed us all to gather, and it was a quick drive to downtown Breckenridge. The home is beautiful and well appointed and we had a lovely time. Check in and check out was very easy as well. The only downside was a few issues with cleanliness. There were quite a few dishes in the cabinets that were dirty when we pulled them out to use them, the rug in the main bathroom smelled very strongly of urine (which made the whole main floor smell until we put it outside), and the mattress pad for trundle bed downstairs was filthy and stained. All manageable issues, but makes me wonder what the cleaning fee is for. Hopefully this was an isolated event. We would still return…definitely not a deterrent for rebooking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything during my stay was fine except for a situation with my three-year-old son: he was playing and he got under the bed in the main bedroom and came out with a mousetrap stuck to his face, I took care of the situation . However, I communicated this to the person in charge of managing the property and I never received a response back, I was not looking for a refund or making a scandal, it just seemed strange to me that they left this there while they have guests in addition to you knowing what we were going with very young children and therefore curious, only some response was necessary "we don't know what happened, we will avoid it for future opportunities or something like that" but nothing 0 responses.
After making a review on Vrbo and having described this situation (although giving you an exceptional score) I see that this person responds and rates me with one and two stars, even in cleanliness and order, when the night before we all dedicated ourselves to cleaning, washing all the dishes, throwing away all the garbage in plastic bags and putting them where you say (despite the fact that you only left us 1 available garbage can and the other 2 were full of garbage from the pasts guests) It seems to me very unfair, unethical and professional to have done this.

Excellent house and excellent location, check in was fast, just enter the code at the entrance and that's it, perfect for meeting with friends and family, even for children. The only detail was that my three-year-old son was playing in the room, he got under the bed and came out with a mousetrap stuck to his face, it didn't matter, I took care of it, but when I told this to the person in charge of the property never got a response back, absolutely nothing. Also under the furniture there were remains of food (there were found by the curious kids) Actually the experience was very good.
