We enjoyed our stay at this house. The beds (at least the masters) ate a type of memory foam & were comfortable. Lots of stuff for the kids to do from sledding in the back yard to the games provided. The location was great especially when festivals were going on in town, it was easy to get to beaver run for skiing and not dealing with heavy traffic trying to get through mainstreet.
The hot tub was really nice (just make sure the water isn’t too high or it might change the temp on the touch screen)
We had 5 kids with us ages 6-12 and 4 adults and still had room for more. Didn’t feel crammed as the house spans over 3 floors… I recommend bringing oxygen cans to help with the altitude and keeping some handy at the top floor.
Would stay here again.

The posting said that the room temps was between 68-72. That was not the case. The thermostats were locked at 57 degrees and 65, depending which room you were in.
There is no front yard.
The small back yard was weed covered.
For 3 families with kids not the best match.
For people/groups that come to stay and ski is was fine.
