Between sea and countryside, our holiday home is a quiet and pleasant place, located near the Frémur, 1km from the beaches, the town and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden . Bikes can be placed at your disposal to take advantage of the facilities of St Briac.
During your stay discover the wonders of the Emerald Coast, visit the ramparts of Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cap Fréhel, taste the oysters of Cancale, and enjoy the Golf courses of Saint Briac and Lancieux.
The house is composed of a large living room of 53 m2 (American kitchen, dining room, living room), 3 bedrooms (including a master suite) and 2 bathrooms. A large terrace of 44 m2 facing south will allow you to enjoy the outdoors for your meals and aperitif.
Deckchairs are available for a good quiet nap in the large garden.
You will find in the basement necessary for your barbecues, washing your clothes, games for children and bikes (2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes) to go to the sea.
Bed linen and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival.

We entrust our house to you and do our best to make your stay pleasant.
We ask you to be kind enough to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival, to wash and put away your dishes, remove the sheets, empty all your garbage cans and replace the consumables (condiments, aluminum foil, etc. ...) that you would have finished. Many thanks in advance for respecting these little things :).
