The house is spacious, and convenient when driving. modern construction and overall in good condition. It is in a new neigborhood and close by car to many amenities and locations including the beach and the old town of St Lunaire.
Attention to the small lines, the linen and towels are charged extra if you don't bring your own. Same for the final cleaning if you don't clean the house. These were a bit surprising to me, maybe I did not check carefully. the price would then be higher. The house is managed by an agency and many calls took place to define the arival time. I would have prefered a key pick up to be free on our schedule of vacations. There was Asian wasps flying around the house which were entering the house that has been reported to the agency. I would suggest to add a regular coffee maker.
