The house benefits from an outdoor space, you will be able to savour your breakfast or summer salads on the terrace, then enjoy sunbathing on a deckchair.
The living space is bright and open, its two windows have a view of the garden, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle), a dining area, ideal for sharing your meals and moments of conviviality.
The lounge is the place to gather for a bit of telly or to read a book.
The sleeping area is divided into three bedrooms, the first two are located on the first floor, they will be ideal for couples, as they have a double bed, on the landing, you will also have a bathroom with toilet, and the last one located on the second floor will delight children or another couple with its two single beds.
For even more comfort, the house also has another bathroom with toilet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a freezer, a radio, a television, a high chair, a baby bed and two parking spaces.
