True Florida Living at its Finest!! You'll be amazed by all this incredible beach home has to offer! Lush Tropical Landscape surrounds the open-air saltwater pool (not heated) and huge covered party area which allows for fun all year round. Peek-a-boo views of the ocean can be seen from the covered second story balcony! The kitchen boasts of ample cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, eat-at-bar and a pantry. The living room and kitchen have double doors to the balcony! Primary bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, ensuite with walk in shower, a twin trundle bed, television, an office space and a private balcony! Guest bedroom has a queen bed, television, and large closet. Guest bathroom has a tub. Plenty of room in the oversized garage for your motorcycles and car. You can also walk to the beach, just 150 yards from your front door, or to our local hangout Lagerheads, for a night of food, drinks, and music!
Ormond Beach Restaurant Row is within a 15 minute drive south and is located just over the Granada Bridge. Flagler beach shops and restaurants are located within a 15 minute drive north. Bicentennial Park located within 1.5 miles south of the property and features: tennis courts, fishing dock, canoe/kayak launch, playgrounds and more.
Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River with only a 5 minute walk to each. Close to everything but just far enough away from the busy touristy areas of Ormond/Daytona Beach.
The best way to get around Ormond Beach, nicknamed the Birthplace of speed, is by car, so bring your most impressive set of wheels to roll around this automobile-obsessed city. And enjoy the fact that unless it's a race day, traffic shouldn't be a problem. Also, for a small fee, you can drive on the beach or just park in the sand in Neighboring Daytona Beach.

Located 1/2 block from the beach, this little residential elevated house is perfect for a small family. Clean, safe, casual, quiet and quaint. Ticked all our boxes.

Ormond is perfect if you like quiet beaches & the neighborhood this house was in was peaceful too. Nice deck adjacent the kitchen that is perfect for sitting and having your morning coffee. Foliage pretty much surrounds the house so the deck stayed pretty shady while the rest of the trees & palms screened the adjacent houses from view and provided privacy. Area under house next to pool was well furnished and comfortable to relax in between dips in the pool. I did e-mail host about a palm that overhangs pool & drops seeds in the pool, hopefully they will trim it back as I did have to spend a little time each day using a net to skim the water & clean the seeds from bottom of the pool. Be aware there is no handrail on the steps for getting into the pool, so if you cannot traverse steps without having something to hold onto this may not be the place for you. Solved this issue by standing on steps and helping my wife into the pool. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils, dinnerware etc. Master bedroom bed was large & comfortable. There were no pens, pencils & paper available, mentioned this to host as lots of people play cards on vacation, or need to make a grocery list, to do list etc. Very much enjoyed our week long stay and would definitely book again.
