Cute house easy to settle in hostess Suzette was so sweet left us a home warming gift basket with wine and treats for my dog along with a sweet note! Also welcomed us to xtra in the refrigerator located in the garage, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper along with everything to settle in and live! We enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you Suzette

Second time here. Stayed my usual one month. Everything was great. No issues at all. Friendly neighbors, quiet area even during Biketoberfest. Dog friendly. I'll likely be back again....

This was my first VRBO. Great place! Plenty of room. Has everything you need. Love the "sleeping porch" attached to the traditional Florida room. Plenty of beach toys (chairs, tents, floats) in the garage but still space for what you bring (kayaks, scuba gear in my case). Nice low traffic dog walking neighborhood - only one through street of five parallel streets. Good neighbors - quite friendly. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Great property managers - 100% available for questions, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the property is older, it has been tastefully updated, nicely furnished and is very comfortable. The hostess was great to deal with, very quick to respond to messages. Check in and check out were extremely easy. This was a very enjoyable winter getaway.
