We are fully turn key with key pad door entry, no need for anyone to meet you to get in. House is fully sanitized, clean, and ready for your stay. Come to Florida, enjoy the sun, call for delivery of groceries and not worry about going out. ATT fiber WIFI will keep you in touch with the world! Work at your remote home and enjoy our quiet environment.

We can accommodate one (1) small adult dog 20 pounds and under that is well trained and house broken with current shots. No cats or other animals. Approval of bred is required prior to booking. Please contact us first before booking with a pet. There is an additional nonrefundable $125 charge for a pet.

2 bedrooms, 1 bonus room, 1 1/2 bath home in a charming, quiet community has all the amenities you need for short stays, special occasions, special Daytona events, or for an extended snowbird stay. We accommodate a party of up to 4 adults (adult age is considered 17 and older) or a family of 6 with children. Standard rate is for 4 guests. Additional charge for 5th and 6th guests. Renter must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We cannot comfortably accommodate larger groups.

Our Bonus Room is approximately 250 square feet of an extra living room/great room, an office, or bedroom. We cannot call it a 3rd bedroom because it does not have a door. With the room divider, it is a bedroom. The room is equipped with a full-size sleeper sofa, a desk and office chair, a recliner, and flat screen TV with blu-ray DVR.

The home is modern with up-to-date appliances and furniture. Stove with air fry feature, etc. Spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and tile floors. Wireless internet access with cable TV service. A 58-inch HD smart TV with sound bar is located in the living room with a blu-ray DVD player. Flat screen smart TVs with blu-ray DVD players are also in each bedroom and the bonus room. A large, screened Florida room is located on the back of the house furnished with outdoor cushioned furniture. A paver patio with furniture is immediately outside the Florida room with a gas grill. You can smell the sea salt when you open the door! Walk to the beach in a few minutes from the home front door to the public beach access ramps. Beach chairs, boogie boards, a wheeled cooler, beach umbrella, beach bag and beach cart are available for use. We also have a children's wagon, and baby gate. We have bikes in many sizes for your use. The home has a separate single car garage that is available for 2 motorcycle parking only.

There is plenty of room to park your boat, trailer or RV right outside the house on the oversized lot. No commercial vehicles can be parked on the property. A 6 ft. fence is located on each side of the property for privacy.

The home is fully stocked with sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, dishes, glasses, wine and beer glasses, pots, pans, lots of electric appliances, baking dishes, utensils, beach items, and much more. We even stock spices in the kitchen! If you are looking for a quiet place in the sun, want to go swimming in the ocean, surfing, fishing, boating, walking or many other fun things, this Beach Home is the perfect place to stay.

Security cameras are installed around the exterior of the house and garage. No cameras are installed inside the house. The cameras are not installed to watch our guests or interfere with their privacy. They are installed for property protection and guest safety only.

This home features standard Directv service in the living room. We do not have movie channels as standard service. Feel free to use your personal app services on our smart tvs during your stay.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will request the names of all guests, confirmation the renter is aware we are a no smoking property, a confirmation additional guests cannot be added to the rental and a picture of your license/ID.
