East end location puts you within 1.5 mi to the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park, as well as the island bike path.

Only thing I would change is TV no smart tv

Excited for our trip to the beach. The condo was in pretty good shape considering the age. Now, everyone has their level of cleanliness. But, we ended up cleaning sand off of the granite countertops, hair in the fridge and had to sweep and mop. Folks, alot of sand!! Something told me to check the sheets, of course there was alot of hair. Nope!She would not have it. She bought cleaning supplies and cleaned/washed everything, for hrs. Now, the owners upstairs were going through withdraws or something because he paced back in forth all the time, for days. Never quietly, constantly stomping and pacing. We were still blessed to be on our getaway.
