Check in was seamless and communication was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were even notified that we could check in early if we would like. In three short days we visited the space center, my son took a surf lesson near the pier and we took a bioluminescence tour. The screen porch was perfect to start each day and relax each evening. This home is the perfect home base for all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

We stayed over spring break with a quick booking. Jim was very accommodating and helped us with any questions and recommendations. The unit was just as listed. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach. You can hear the waves sitting on the porch. The home has everything that you would need. It is very clean and inviting. We had no problems the entire stay, and definitely would come back if we chose Cocoa Beach again. We walked to breakfast the first morning. The Ron Jon store and The Cocoa Beach Pier are within walking distance too. Many great restaurants are within walking distance.

This home is in a great location for walking to the less busy side of Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect base for our teenagers to have some independence and for us to have some peace and quiet. We enjoyed the screened in porch a lot too. Also loved that we could walk to the pier and to Fish Camp. Grocery store is nearby as well (though you wouldn’t want to walk there). Host was very helpful and easy to work with. I didn’t realize that the main bathroom doesn’t have a shower (it is listed accurately but I didn’t catch it) but that wasn’t a big deal since we purposely didn’t have a schedule. We had a super enjoyable stay! Thanks Jim!
