Cozy spot ideally located to all things. Very short walk to beach and walking distance to food spots, shops and other places. The communication with the host was easy and immediately responsive. The bungalow has everything needed plus some unexpected surprises that will make your trip easy and enjoyable. It is certainly a spot that I would book in the future.

This was an amazing space. Everything about was great, even the location. Jim the owner and is properly manager where available where we had a question. I will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay for the whole family. Everything needed was nearby and the house was adorable! Beach was perfect for some boarding and the nearby restaurants were fabulous. The owner was easy to communicate with and very kind! We will definitely be back!

This property was a great location for anyone interested in Cocoa Beach. Walkable to several shops, restaurants, and things to do, including Cocoa Beach and Pier. That said, the air conditioner did not work properly for 60% of our stay and while the property manager was great in their efforts to fix it, we spent the first few days vacating the property as much as possible due to the heat inside and were very uncomfortable at night while the owner tried a few low cost ways to fix the unit. Then, a local HVAC company came out and temporarily fixed the unit, only to have it not function properly again the last 2 days of our trip. Again, the property manager did all they could, but the owner was trying to avoid having a third party come out and fix the air conditioner and when it didn’t function properly on the back end of the trip the owner was unresponsive. Under the circumstances, I would have expected some sort of discount for the issues, but there was no discount given on the stay. Disappointing to say the least.
