About this cabin rental
Be the first to stay in this NEW luxury cabin in new development with over 3500 square feet. This house easily sleeps 16. Brand new outdoor water park opening March 15 2025! Free to guests. Includes outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, lazy river, lawn movie area, outdoor picnic area and more! Kids will LOVE the upstairs game room with built in bunk beds (with TVs in each bunk and curtains to close :) ) Game room equipped with TV, 2 multi-cade arcades, shuffle board and plenty of board games. Also, complete with mini fridge and ice maker. Sit back and enjoy a game on TV. Plenty of room to sleep 4 in the game room (pull out sofa and twin/twin bunkbed) with full private bathroom. Two Primary bedrooms on main level with king size beds and full bath attached to each. Don't miss the upstairs bedrooms! Complete with king beds and full baths as well. One of the upstairs rooms also comes with built-in queen/queen bunkbeds too (easily sleeps 6 in one room). All Bedrooms are suites with their own private baths. Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom.
Luxury cabin with high quality fit and finish! You won't be disappointed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill (outdoor charcoal grill available) during your stay. Game room with multiple arcades. You won't want to miss movie night in the movie theater. Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There are board games provided for family fun night! Relax in the hot tub with the serene quiet mountain air and mountain views or kick back and relax on the lower deck with numerous rocking chairs provided. Raining outside, no problem! Just enjoy the indoor pool!! All bedrooms have their own full size bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on basement level for easy pool access! Perfect location with central access to attractions including Dollywood! Only minutes to all the Pigeon Forge attractions and the Smoky Mountains. Parking is not a problem! Flat surface for parking without slopes. Only 1 mile to the parkway!!.Don't miss Three Brothers Cabin!! Neighborhood still under construction, but all homes on either side of this cabin are completed!

Depending on when you book your stay, there is currently an outdoor waterpark being developed. This is a one of a kind neighborhood being developed!!
Outdoor waterpark anticipated to be completed in spring 2025 (per builder, dates are subject to change). It will include, outdoor pool, lazy river, large outdoor hot tub, outdoor picnic areas, outdoor movies and more! This is at no cost to you!

Starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper. There is a fire pit, but guests are responsible for providing propane if wanting to use. There is a tank available for you to use/refill.
