We came with two large families with kids ranging from 3-15 and everyone loved it. The neighborhood amenities are better than you think and they heated the pool and lazy river anytime it's over 60 for 3 days... That's amazing! Also the indoor pool was great. Kids loved the game and movie rooms. Place is clean and stylish with comfortable good quality furniture. We will be back. Reasonably close to Dollywood and all the fun of pigeon forge.
