The home is located within Downtown Oakland Park. The city is safe and it is 8.1 square miles and approximately 42,000 residents call Oakland Park home. The city boasts wonderful parks and recreation facilities, an independent library, and amenities of much larger communities. Welcome home to this beautiful waterfront home! This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with a circular driveway. Lovely and well maintained 2 bedrooms 3 baths with carport featuring two master bedrooms on a split floor plan. The kitchen is gorgeous with newer Stainless Steel appliances and a gorgeous view of the water and passes through to the huge covered patio area. Designer lighting and stylish touches throughout this home. You will enjoy unwinding at the end of the day on your patio or on the weekends in your relaxing pool. Conveniently located near major roadways, shops, and restaurants. This home is not to be missed!
Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
**We can accommodate 2 cars max. Strictly no street or grass parking.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
The home is walking distance to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City run bike and scooter rental program.
Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and security deposit.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay, we require a $500 deposit. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
