Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed though we didn't really cook much because there were so many restaurants to try. Wi-Fi was easy to access. Plenty of beds which were comfy. The pool was amazing after a long day of exploring the everglades (definitely recommend the sawgrass mills recreation park for an airboat ride and petting baby gators. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.)The canal is beautiful and we got to see a ton of lizards and iguanas in the yard and on the patio. It was just myself and my elderly father so we didn't get to use the kayaks as it was a bit of a "climb" down the ladder to the water (probably different when the water level is higher) and my father couldn't do it. It was disappointing as the included kayaks was a big reason for renting this place, but absolutely no fault of the owner, just nature. The kayaks were available and nice, as well as a SUP which I'm not sure we were allowed to use as it wasn't included in the ammenities, but we couldn't have used it anyway so i didn't even ask. There were only 2 VERY minor issues with the place that i noticed. 1- if you're a person who falls asleep playing on your phone, there isn't a plug to charge your phone that reaches the bed unless you have a very long cord. Again, just my preference and extremely minor issue. 2- my father had a recent stroke and is unsteady, the step down from the kitchen to the sunroom was hard for him as it is hard to see but also, not an issue for most.

Last minute stay due to hurricane evacuation. Property manager was really quick to respond which made things very easy. Lovely pool area.

This place was awesome. It was everything we wanted when we rented this house. Inside was great and outside was great. We drove down from Atlanta to work. We was so happy to have a grill to cook on and a wonderful kitchen. Outback was wonderful, we saw lots iguanas, we caught fish and crab and was able to stay and swim everyday after a hot day at work. Will definitely try and rent the house when we come back. Thanks for making this a very pleasant stay.

Great Host , very responsive . Great Stay , very peaceful neighborhood. Everything that is shown on the listing matched the expectations of the house plus more . The place was very spacious and the backyard scenery was 1000/10 !! Loved everything about this stay and would definitely book again in the future .
