This home is a great place to gather with friends, connect with family, or meet (online) with colleagues. This is not a party house, and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction without refund. There is a street facing camera at the front door, and we will charge up to $1,000 for any violation of this agreement. In order to respect our neighbors, there is a loud noise curfew at 10:00pm. This home is equipped with a noice decibel monitoring device.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed per city ordinance and is strictly enforced. Do not park on grass or block neighbor's driveway under any circumstances (subject to fine mentioned above). As a private establishment, pool use is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.

I booked this house months in advance and caught myself opening up the listing on line and dreaming about it. The main thing I was looking for was a pool, besides the number of bedrooms. When I got there, the outside had a huge pile of junk in front of it. Not sure if it belonged to this house or the one next door. Fortunately, that was picked up within minutes of our arrival, it just made a bad first impression. The inside of the house was clean and very attractive. However, there was hole in the floor that I was worried my 3 year old niece would cut her foot on. The base molding could use a clean and bathroom/bedroom doors could use a painting, they are scuffed and damaged. The pool was unusable except for my sister-in-law and niece that were able to slowly brave their way in as it was not heated and extremely cold. The outside furniture was dirty and unattractive looking. The bar area from the outside to the kitchen does not look anything like the photo as far as beauty. The last negative thing I’ll say is that there was not enough paper towels or silverware to serve the amount of family members we had staying for the 8 days that we booked.To state the positives; the washer and dryer, the dishwasher, and all the other necessities, like mugs, bowls, plates, pots, and pans, Keurig, coffee, machine, and pods that were supplied were ample and useful. The initial person that we’ve booked the VRBO from was communicative and assisted with pricing. Owner was very responsive.

Check in good. House renovation is great. Fans were really wonderful and were much needed as the back of the house is warmer than the front so the fans were well used. Bathrooms are beautiful and house is very comfortable. The outside pool area had not been cleaned up and pool needed cleaning. Supplies in the kitchen were a bit lacking. Overall the house was great and we would stay again.
