Visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight.
Close and lock all windows/doors when leaving.
Only flush toilet paper; use the provided trash can for other items.
Return all pool items to shed
Place corn hole in bag and place in shed
Report any damages immediately so we can address them together.

My family (5 adults and 1 toddler) rented this home as we were in town for a weekend event. The home was in a perfect location for us - quiet residential neighborhood just north of Ft Lauderdale Executive airport. We were at the house basically to shower and sleep. We cooked only one meal our first night. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub. Also not used, was a gas grill which looked quite new. The patio area included plenty of seating for us and the string lights added a cozy ambiance which we enjoyed one evening. The interior seems to have had a more recent remodel. We didn’t see lots of wear and tear as we have found in other rentals. The pictures online appear to be an accurate representation. We found the home to be clean. (The oven appeared to have missed the last cleaning, however, I’m sure some guests would never even know choosing to grill or eat out.) The towels and linens were in very good condition. The living room sofa was firm and free of stains. Most likely new. We reached out to our host several times and received immediate responses. We would rent again.
