Will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with plenty of room to spare. Open concept kitchen and living, with an amazing skyline view from the spacious roof deck. Central location within reach to all attractions Philly has to offer. It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners, families, or small groups visiting the beautiful City of Brotherly Love!
Comfortable and contemporary open concept living. Professionally designed, our sleek and stylish home has brand new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. The property covers 4 floors and has plenty of space for the group to spread out and relax. Wonderful rooftop deck with breathtaking views for entertaining or relaxing, and fully equipped kitchen if you'd like to cook! Detailed layout as follows:
-1st Floor: Comfortable open concept living room, kitchen equipped with adequate cooking supplies and basic spices! Coffee machine with coffee provided, dining room, and a small patio.
-2nd Floor: Bedroom #1 with queen Bed + TV ; Bedroom #2 with queen bed + TV. Full bathroom #1 in hall. W/D.
-3rd Floor: Half bath #1, Bedroom #3 with queen bed + TV and ensuite full Bathroom #2 (Bathtub, double vanity huge shower) and walk in closets.
-Basement: Half bath #2 ; bedroom #4 with queen bed, a full bed and small futon sofa for a child.

Located in downtown Philadelphia (Point Breeze), the property is a short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you want to explore in the city! Easy transportation options just outside the front door. Beautiful views with adequate free street parking in the surrounding streets. Up-and-coming neighborhood which has been heavily revitalized over the last 6 years. This place is a real gem!

From the moment we arrived we knew our stay was going to be great. Parking was easy, the street around the corner had ample space for our two cars during the stay. We came and went with ease. The space is welcoming and comfy. There were a couple minor gripes but nothing that impacted our stay. I'll mention those later. The area was nice and exactly what I'd expect staying right outside the city. We spent most nights out and about walking to different restaurants (mostly for pickup). Met some friendly locals and a really sweet cat that followed us around.The kitchen was nice and well equipped, we enjoyed coffee on most mornings and really liked what was supplied. First gripe is that the pictures show 8 chairs at the dining table, there are only 6. It was one of the reasons I booked this place because we were expecting a bigger group but had two back out before arival. With our smaller group we had plenty of space to sit and eat or just graze throughout the day. The bedrooms were comfortable for my wife and I but some complained that the beds were too hard. Personally I loved them, and as soon as I post this I will be sending a private message to the owners asking what make and model they are. Perfect segue for the one of the best perks we got staying here, the owners. They were awesome. Super responsive and provided some bottles of water and snacks upon arrival. They made us feel very welcome staying here.We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us!

Host was fantastic! We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay in this crisp clean home. Parking was a bit of an issue and I’m glad we had our smaller car. Highly recommended this home if you are looking for a place in Philly!
