It’s great a home away from home kinda comfort. Bed is firm (memory foam type) the reclining couch is fantastic. Deck is a nice place to enjoy the views. Location is great - close to downtown Fruita and biking trail heads, but far enough from the highway and train to not be bothered by that noise. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This was a fabulous condo! It was clean, big and great location. Love the garage area to store our mountain bikes! Great communication from the hosts from check in instructions to check out instructions. We will definitely be back
