This place is incredible. The home is well kept and clean with a beautiful kitchen. The back yard was perfect for our dog and we are so thankful that pets are allowed :)
Looking forward to staying here again. Would highly recommend the nearby restaurant, Base Camp Provisions.

We love coming to Fruita and this cozy little house made it even more enjoyable. The location is great, the house was very clean and well-appointed. There was great attention to detail as we had everything we could need. We were very comfortable here and didn’t want to leave!

The perfect home for our stay in Fruita! Wonderfully updated and the backyard is as beautiful as in the pictures. Walking distance to restaurants and breweries. Loved our time there.

Wife could not get over how great the entire property was. Just wished it wasn’t so hot so we could have enjoyed the back yard.
