About this house rental

A newly renovated studio apartment on the upper floor of my house. You’ll have your own space—I live on the first floor. The house is bright, with a view of the south-facing courtyard on one side and a view of the parking lot on the other. You’ll have a private kitchen (with a sitting area and TV), a kitchenette, and everything you need to cook. Breakfast is included. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with electric shutters. The bathroom is comfortable and includes a private toilet.
I live separately but am available if you need anything.
