Our self-contained cottage "l'Orée des Fleurs", rated 3*, is part of La Cotinière à Grézillé, situated between Angers and Saumur, capacity 4 people.
Ground floor : Master bedroom, living, shower bathroom, WC, kitchen
1st floor : 2nd bedroom, TV room
Terrasse and garden access with fruit trees and vegetable garden

Located in the countryside, the cottage is part of an old farmhouse with troglodyte caves. It is an ideal place to have a rest, to listen to the many different birds and to walk in the nearby forest. Many hiking and cycling trails start very close to the house.
We have arranged the house in 2015 in order to offer you comfortable spaces, quietness and authenticity.

Lovely cottage and outside space in an incredibly peaceful, beautiful and historic area. We enjoyed cycling, exploring the area and relaxing at the premises. The little local lake was a simple, well kept family space with a pleasant bar. Our batteries are fully recharged!

Wonderful place with a nice and discreet host.
The spot is quiet, charming and relaxing especially with the Nordic bath and troglodytic rooms. Facilities and a lot of wonderful sightseeing places in less than 20 minutes. What else to expect. Thank you for the week.
