About this house rental
Welcome to Pella on Pistache at 74 Pistache Lane.
This spacious three-story Dutch-inspired house resting at the edge of beautiful Pistache Park blends classical-styling with modern functionality to present a fun, fully functioning family vacation house.
This beautifully furnished, Dutch-inspired home is perfect for a family getaway with its five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, full kitchen with bar dining, a dining room and two living areas.
Additionally, this house uniquely merges the indoors with the outdoors with its many outdoor spaces (over 1,500 sq ft of porches and patios)— everything from a third-floor roof deck with a covered partial kitchen and screened in porch with gas fireplace on the first floor to a kitchen whose doors roll back for full access to the kitchen patio, overlooking a beautiful croquet lawn. Additional decks, porches, and patios provided lots of areas to hang out or have some people relaxation.
There are 3 fireplaces available to enjoy on a cold evening or make your classic s’mores.
The house comes stocked with board games of all types (located under the bench seats by the stairs on the first and second floor) and yard games to add to the fun.
The living room, loft, master bedroom and roof deck feature Samsung Frame TV’s so you can enjoy your favorite movies or shows, catch the game or view classic works of art.
An office on the first floor doubles as bedroom with its Murphy bed and full bathroom, while the dining room shares a passthrough window with the screened in porch, perfect for entertaining.
There is a queen murphy bed on the first floor, 2 rooms with King beds, 1 room with 2 twins, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds.
Pella House has 3 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.
All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay.
