Walk out the front to a beautiful green space with fire pit, picnic tables, waterfall, space to run & play. Less than 2 min to the beach, Mama Tigs, Food Trucks, Sand Volleyball, Shops, Boardwalk Pool & Pool by the lake! With 2 masters, one on the main & the second floor that walks out to a covered deck! This home has space to play, relax & enjoy time with family & friends!

We had an amazing stay! Of all the properties we have rented over the years (in and out of Carlton Landing), this one was by far the most well appointed. We overpacked because we assumed we needed certain things they had available to us. The house is beautiful. Our kids loved it. Great location within CL close to the water & right between two pools. Well absolutely rent here again. Katie was great! Very responsive & helpful.

The house was amazing and communicating with Katie was a breeze. The house is decorated beautifully and is very well-appointed. My family and I loved relaxing and having a great space to share with one another. We toured some other open houses while we were there and this was, easily, the most attractive house we saw. It is great for a girls trip, couple's trip, or family trip. There is a fair amount of construction going on around the house and the property more generally. Also, if you are looking to experience some of the perks of the community, you might want to check the schedule before you book. We were there for six nights and the pop-up shops weren't open at all and the food trucks/local shop were only open for about 2 hours before we checked out. The pizza place was opening later in the day we checked out but hadn't been open at all when we were there. This is unrelated to the fantastic quality of the house and the host but might be important for some types of trips.
