* Bedroom 3: Super King (or 2 King Singles)
* Study with dedicated workspace and sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children
Bookings for more than 4 guests are charged an additional per-person fee.
If 4 or fewer guests would like access to a third bedroom, an additional $50 per night applies for the use of that extra room.
The home also features a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, separate toilet, and full laundry with washer and dryer.

Excellent property, really clean, comfortable and felt like home right away. It’s also just a walk away from local amenities, which is really convenient. We loved the costal walk and views and the laid back vibe of Browns Bay was really relaxing.Mina was an excellent host and looked after any queries we had quickly and without any issue.We will definitely consider this property again next time we’re in Auckland.
