The standard rate includes access to 2 bedrooms — ideal for couples and smaller groups.
Travelling with more guests? The home comfortably sleeps larger groups, with the third bedroom included for bookings of more than 4 guests (additional guest fees apply).
If you’re booking for 4 guests or fewer but would like all 3 bedrooms available, the third bedroom can be added for $50/night.

• Bedroom 2 — Super King or 2 King Singles
• Bedroom 3 — Super King or 2 King Singles
• Separate study with dedicated workspace + sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children)
Spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, separate toilet, plus a full laundry with washer and dryer.

Excellent property, really clean, comfortable and felt like home right away. It’s also just a walk away from local amenities, which is really convenient. We loved the costal walk and views and the laid back vibe of Browns Bay was really relaxing.Mina was an excellent host and looked after any queries we had quickly and without any issue.We will definitely consider this property again next time we’re in Auckland.
