The house was great. Our family very much enjoyed it. A couple of thoughts:1. Instructions for how to use fireplace and outdoor grill. Since they are gas there was concern about mis-operation. So we were not able to enjoy those features2. Instructions for remote use. We were not sure about soundbar operation and managed to lose smart tv connection trying to figure out remotes.3. We would have preferred a little better/more kitchen/cookware option4. Right side closet in master bath had a really bad smell.

We absolutely LOVED this house. I traveled with my two sisters to Albuquerque to visit the Balloon Fiesta. This house was so close to town but yet in a very quiet neighborhood. The backyard was relaxing and we could actually see the balloons in the air from the front courtyard each morning. The beds were so comfortable and we had almost everything that we needed right at our fingertips. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. Dani was available to answer my questions and was extremely easy to talk with. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had an amazing time and made some special memories!

No cable TV though the owner brought over an antenna that helped. Minimal kitchen utensils and china (only 5 plates and three wine glasses). Minimal towels. Exterior very nice.

Lovely large home with great amenities both inside and out. Furnished comfortably with all the appliances needed. This home is close to shopping and food. Convenient for driving to the ballon festival or to ride share at the mall. Nice for a few or many, host was excellent. Would certainly stay again!
