About this house rental
Welcome to your ultimate Albuquerque getaway! Just 8 minutes from Balloon Fiesta Park, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for families and groups of up to 8 guests.
Bedroom setup:
- Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds
- Bedroom 3: 1 king bed
Fun for everyone:
- Outdoor movie theater under the stars (equipment is stored in the shed between guests to keep it in great condition — it's available for your stay and we'll help get it set up)
- Mini golf / putt putt
- Playground
- Seasonal swimming pool
- Indoor green game room with poker table — perfect for family game nights
Pool information: Our pool is seasonal and open in the warmer months only. It is NOT heated, so water temperature varies with the weather. The pool is currently closed for the season, and we expect to reopen in late May 2027, weather permitting. No lifeguard is on duty — children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool. No diving, rough play, or glass containers in or around the pool. Please note: there is no hot tub on the property.
Good to know:
- The property is near train tracks, so you may occasionally hear passing trains. Kids especially love watching the trains go by right from the backyard!
- A detached backyard casita is currently under renovation and is not accessible to guests. You may hear construction noise or see workers during your stay.
- The washer and dryer are located in the garage, which is also being used to store construction materials and furniture for the renovation — it may be cluttered, so please use caution.
- Enjoy a private self check-in experience with the entire home to yourself. Your host is available by message before and during your stay and committed to responding quickly.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please keep outdoor noise, music, and conversations at a respectful level
- No smoking or vaping, no pets, no parties or events
