It was a great space however, the house manual did not match the online manual. The basic necessities in the kitchen were lacking. Dishes were dirty and the kitchen was over all dirty. there were no cleaning supplies.

The house is clean and comfortable. The backyard was the perfect layout to enjoy the beautiful New Mexico scenery/ weather and socialize with the yard games. We were 2 couples, so having 2 bedrooms with king size beds (hard to find) was perfect for our needs. The location is great! We were able to walk to the Steel Bender Brewery for drinks, and also walked to the Mexican restaurant at the other end of the road for breakfast. Also recommend local favorite, El Pinto restaurant which is just a short drive away! We will stay at this home again!

It was close to everything and it was a very nice well-maintained place. They were very helpful with any of my questions and concerns.

The property is beautiful. It was cold weather and managing a reasonable temperature in the house was difficult. The stay was nice and I would do it again if the Owner didn't have extra expectations and obviously has many other properties. After my stay began the communication ended when I had questions (via email). The "local host" didn't know who we were by giving my name AND the address. We were expected to take out the trashcan for garbage service, but it's at the end of the street, not at the house. The guest manual was obviously a copy from other homes because it didn't make sense (we rented a one story house and it kept referring to the downstairs). This wasn't an issue but it took away from the charm. We were also expected to strip the beds. NOTE TO ALL OWNERS: Having guest strip the beds is annoying when you have to leave the location in the morning (by your rules) and when the guest is paying for a cleaning service. Also, once I started stripping the bed I discovered what I was sleeping on and was a bit grossed out (stained pillows and bedding). Overall the house was nice. I would stay there again if I didn't feel like I had to take care of things that I was paying for in the rental.
