The Village at Breckenridge offers convenient heated garage parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking rates vary seasonally:

• 2026/2027 Ski Season: approximately $41–$51/night depending on dates
Option 2 – Complimentary Alternate Parking (When Available)
I also own another nearby unit located approximately 150 yards east of the property. If parking is available there during your stay, guests are welcome to park free of charge.
Option 3 – Additional Nearby Parking
Additional public parking is available near the ice rink and is easily accessible using the complimentary Breck Free Ride shuttle service.

Very nice stay! Location spot on. Nice amenities all kept up. The unit was better than expected. CLEAN, well appointed, everything we needed. Communication and response superb. We will definitely be returning!Thanks for a wonderful stay! 5 adults (4 woman trying to get dressed w/ no bickering!)

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host Scott was friendly and very helpful.

Location was excellent. Unit had plenty of space and good parking. Room did not have Air conditioning and this was not stated on the listing. We had to open both sliding balcony doors for the entire night to keep the unit at a comfortable sleeping temperature
