With its breathtaking views of the lake, and it's tranquil setting, this is the spot for a relaxing family getaway.
The house sits about 3 miles above Comal Park, and it's two boat ramps for quick lake access.
The house itself has 4 bedrooms,
Downstairs is the master which has a wonderfully comfortable king size bed, and soaking tub in the master bath.
There is also another bedroom which features a queen size bed.
Upstairs you will find another bedroom featuring a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom, featuring 2 twin size beds and sitting area with tv.
This is a great location for day trips to Wimberley, New Braunfels, Boerne, as well as many other hill country destinations.
5 minutes away from great Italian food at Gennaros and Wicked Pizza.

I liked the view and quietness. The house was clean and crisp. I did bump my head a few times on the corner of the roof edge as you walk up the stairs from the driveway, and I would recommend a bigger BBQ pit that is situated better and not falling apart. I would recommend the place to my family and friends. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at this cozy lakehouse! The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful and peaceful—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The house was comfortable for a weekend getaway.Just a couple of things to note: the driveway is quite steep, which wasn't obvious from the photo views, so just be prepared when arriving. We also noticed some ants during our stay, they got into one of our guest clothing in one room and another guest in another room had problems with ants in there bed. This is Tx so the couple roaches we saw werent a surpise, but A note to owners that a visit from a pest service might be of help for future guests.

Couples tubing in the near by Guadalupe river. The house was only 20 minutes from the river. Corner store and a few quick fast food places. Wonderful view of canyon lake and some deer. Very cute house.

We have a large group of ladies who make a yearly trip to the river. This was an excellent time. The house is BEAUTIFUL, as is the scenery! We had the best weekend and already have it book marked for 2026!
