Pet Policy & House Guidelines:
We love hosting furry family members! Because the yard is un-fenced and borders protected natural areas, we kindly ask that all pets remain on a leash while outdoors.
Guest Access: Full access to the home, front yard, lower patio, upper deck, and back trails leading to Army Corps of Engineers public land and the lake.
Property Boundaries: The wooded area behind the property is public land for you to enjoy. To respect neighboring properties, please stay within marked boundaries (railroad ties/logs) and avoid adjacent private lots, including the empty lot directly next door.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please keep outdoor music to a relaxed, conversational volume).
