Perched directly behind a natural lakefront preserve, this luxurious property has been recently remodeled and professionally designed by Ellen Fleckstein Interiors. Three bedrooms, two baths, a spacious living room, dining area, and gorgeous outdoor spaces comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests.
Environment goes one step further at this lakeside property with EV chargers, high-end design, and breath-taking views forming the perfect backdrop for family gatherings or romantic getaways.
A thoughtful Master bedroom features a high-end king bed with a memory foam mattress, soft blue palette, wall art, and patterned rug. In-room khaki daybed doubles as a sofa when not in use and features a pullout trundle, while a separate seating area and a TV ensure plenty of ways for guests to unwind with a book or movie after an exciting day at the lake.
The second bedroom also features a memory foam king bed and a designated work area for remote workers or those looking for extra focus. The third bedroom features a cottage-style twin over queen bunk set and a twin over twin bunk, all with memory foam mattresses. Green walls and rustic rugs accent a minimal and clean aesthetic making it perfect for groups.
The spacious living room centers around two cognac-colored leather sofas, a fireplace, and a bold navy accent wall. A sturdy wood coffee table is the perfect spot for playing games or sharing snacks and a swivel recliner provides comfort and a great view off the deck.
The dining room has seating for 10 with two benches and two leather chairs at each end and features a Farmhouse Modern design with Industrial touches featured throughout the rest of the house.
