The second bedroom also features a memory foam king bed and a designated work area for remote workers or those looking for extra focus. The third bedroom features a cottage-style twin over queen bunk set and a twin over twin bunk, all with memory foam mattresses. Green walls and rustic rugs accent a minimal and clean aesthetic making it perfect for groups.

The spacious living room centers around two cognac-colored leather sofas, a fireplace, and a bold navy accent wall. A sturdy wood coffee table is the perfect spot for playing games or sharing snacks and a swivel recliner provides comfort and a great view off the deck.

The dining room has seating for 10 with two benches and two leather chairs at each end and features a Farmhouse Modern design with Industrial touches featured throughout the rest of the house.

Other deluxe amenities include a specially designed coffee station, full-sized washer and dryer, high-speed WIFI, smart TVs in every room, and two EV chargers (Tesla and NEMA-14-50). Three covered porch swings look out onto a nature preserve, and a hot tub and firepit with Adirondack chairs offer terrific views of the lake. Guests looking to grill will find a deluxe Weber to suit their ambitions and plenty of space for friendly pets to enjoy the outdoors.
