5/4.5 home. Sleeps 15. Master: King. 2nd Bedroom: king. 3rd Bedroom: 2 full. 4th Bedroom: King & Twin over full bunk bed. 5th. Bedroom: Queen Murphy bed. 2 dogs allowed $25 per day per dog / No smoking MUST BE 25 TO RENT and must be staying at the property. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, tubing, outdoor concerts, wine tours and tastings, hiking, biking River Rd., golfing--and a beautiful, spacious house to accommodate 15 people, 8 vehicles, and a huge boat. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, triple-car garage, huge boat garage, huge driveway, plus gravel parking area. Only 1.7 mi. from Boat Ramp 6 (currently closed due to water levels); only 13.2 mi. from Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe, all in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Please note that this is a lake view house, not a lake access house.
Just imagine the fun-filled vacation you can have with up to 14 of your favorite people. An epic family reunion, a high school reunion, a college or sorority reunion. Or a quiet getaway with just a few family members or friends. Head out for all the lake and river activities you can handle! Come back to the house for an outdoor barbeque or indoor feast: both gas and charcoal grills, full-size kitchen and kitchenette. Eat outside on metal table and chairs, wooden bench, and wooden pews. Eat inside at dining table, bar tables, and kitchen bar. Ready for more fun? Outside there's cornhole, pitching washers, and hook and ring in our huge, fenced back and side yards. Inside there's shuffleboard, foosball, card table, and games in our big game room. Not up for any more activities? Recline in the huge western-themed family room with vintage furniture, western art, and iron chandelier. As the sun starts to settle, grab a drink and head out to the decks. Watch the moonlight as it begins to dance off the surface of the lake. In the distance, look for Canyon Lake Dam as it lights up for the evening. Take it all in outside, or inside from full-length windows.
When it's time to retire, you'll have a choice on how to spend the waning moments as you drift off to sleep. There are a total of 3 king-size beds, a queen-size Murphy bed, 2 double beds, and a double down/single up bunkbed.
Live or re-live your mid-century dreams in our pink Cadillac bedroom with vintage lamps and furniture. Escape to the red boudoir master suite with crystal lamps, furry stools, and vintage prints. Fall into bed in our longhorn cowboy bedroom. Dream of your next big catch in our fishing bedroom with the wall-length lakeview mural. Or pull down the queen-size Murphy bed in our kitchenette for morning coffee and a private breakfast.
Note: The house is very close to the lake, and the views make you want to reach out and grab it. There is no access directly from the house to the lake. The closest place for a swim without a boat is Comal Park, 7.4 miles away. The closest place to dock a boat is Cranes Mill Marina, 5.1 miles away. Please note that Canyon Lake’s water levels fluctuate due to drought and other environmental factors, which may impact water access.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 15 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking.
