The house was great. It fit our group perfectly. The sleeping accommodations were great with 4 kings, a queen, and 4 twins. The bonus room was perfect for kids. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Everything felt new and clean. The pool was smaller than expected from the pictures but it worked for small kids. The walk to the beach isn’t bad but it’s a good 10 min or an easy drive. The value was excellent for the space, location, and amenities.

This Home is ideal for big family gatherings! Hot Tub was best part of backyard.We had some issues with the lighting in the home.Some light switches would not shut lights off. Management sent maintenance man but still had problems.Also had problems with broken backyard sliding door, Lock did not work unless you knew the trick to closing the door. Suggest owner switch all dimming switches to regular toggle.Only way for me to shut lights off was to remove light bulbs. Not Fun.Coffee supplies plentiful.No Salt or Pepper. Easy to lock and unlock doors. Garage door opener for my car was a plus. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull to beach which was within walking distance of 4 blocks. Would be great to had manual on how to work TV, Back Door and Light Switches. Furniture in living room not comfortable!
