Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a warm, open floor plan and numerous windows allowing plentiful natural light in the family area. A gas log fireplace and 55" flat-screen smart television serves as the focal point for the living room, while the kitchen is designed with plenty of space to make a large family meal. The fully furnished kitchen comes with generous cabinetry, upgraded appliances including a refrigerator, four-burner gas range, coffee maker, Keurig, oven, and built-in microwave. A breakfast bar seats three, while the cozy dining room table accommodates another six. This cottage offers a master bedroom located on the main level that includes a king-size bed, an en suite bath with walk-in shower, and a private balcony. Full-size laundry facilities and a half bath complete the main level. ELEVATOR SERVES ALL FLOORS.
The second floor includes three guest suites and two large balconies. Guest suite #1 includes a queen-size bed, private bath with tub/shower combination. Guest suite #2 includes two twin beds, private bath with tub/shower combination. Guest suite #3 includes a queen-sized bed, private bath with walk-in shower, and balcony on the backside of the cottage. Also on the second floor is a balcony at the front of the house with space to enjoy the ocean breeze. Each bedroom in the cottage comes complete with 40” flat-screen smart television.
Extras amenities include a covered oceanside pavilion with restrooms, multi-level pool decks with lounge chairs overlooking two oceanfront community pools, a private boardwalk to East Beach, an outdoor grill, wireless internet, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron and board, heating and air conditioning, a toaster, dishes, cutlery, cookware, a dishwasher, and on-site private parking for up to FOUR vehicles.

Community Pool Heating Schedule:
• From Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon every weekend between September 22 and May 21.
• Thanksgiving weekend from Wednesday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.
• Christmas week from December 24 afternoon through January 1 afternoon.
• Spring Break from March 15 through April 15.
• Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day, paid in advance to SSCCNA.
• Pool heating is not available (nor desirable) from May 22 through September 21.
*No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events.
*This home has three levels and a service elevator. We do not guarantee the elevator will be operational during your stay. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
