Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present 1700 Bruce Drive. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is conveniently located in the East Beach community within walking distance of the public beach access.
The first floor of this home features an open kitchen, dining & living space perfect for entertaining. The large dining table will accommodate up to 8 people making it perfect for family dinners! Two guest bedrooms with jack & jill bath are located off the main living area. Upstairs you'll find another guest bedroom with private bath as well as the master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bath. French doors in the master bedroom lead to a large screened balcony overlooking a landscaped back yard & private swimming pool.
Pets may be accepted for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. |

great location. walking distance to beach. Back yard and pool area is great. Did have trouble with the living room TV, finally got it working after the first night. Sent email to host for assistance, but never got a reply that I am aware of. Also, the thermostats are difficult to understand and use. They kept resetting to a higher temp every couple hours. We never could figure out the settings on them. Which was kinda frustrating. Also, the front porch area , outdoor shower area, and upstairs master bedroom deck were not very clean. Those areas need to some cleaning and attention (bleach and pressure washer mostly). In summary, we would definitely come back to this house despite the small issues we dealt with.

This was the perfect location for our annual family vacation! We love being on East Beach as we can easily walk, ride bikes or take a golf cart to the beach and to explore the neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. And the pool was glorious. It has both sun and shade exposures making it the perfect place to hang out if you’re in the pool or not. We had everything we needed during our stay and look forward to going back again.

Great house, excellent location. Quiet street 2 blocks off of the beach with easy beach access. The pool in the backyard was wonderful to have. Can’t wait to stay again.
