Look no further, you have the opportunity to stay in this completely renovated luxury home with one of the most amazing pools you will find on East Beach. This home is situated on a quiet street in a walkable and/or bike friendly neighborhood. The large fenced in back yard (for "East Beach" standards) provides a safe place for the kids to play.
This home is great for multi-generation vacations so you can all spending quality time being together at the beach, pool or hot tub, but also spend some quiet alone time reading on one of the home's various decks.
If you need to work while on vacation this home has a sound proof office on the ground floor and high speed internet (200 mps).
Not only is the house and the pool amazing, but the location is wonderful. The home is overlooking the marsh and is a block and a block and a half away from the beach. East Beach offers sand and beach at both high and low tide, and the 8th Street entrance offers a shorter walk to the beach than other entrances closer to the Coast Guard Station.
This home offers every amenity you could want. When you walk through the front door off the large front deck with views of the marsh, you will find a large open great room, kitchen and sunroom. The kitchen is quaint and very open. Fully equipped with a coffee maker (drip and Keurig), ice cream maker, breadmaker, juicer and all of the cookware you may need.
Just off the great room is the master suite with a luxurious master bath, walk in closet, and french doors opening to the second floor deck with more views of the marsh. Also upstairs is a half-bath.
Travel downstairs and you will find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and downstairs living area. The downstairs living area doubles as our 4th bedroom because it comes complete with a king posturepedic mattress atop the hidden murphy bed. Also downstairs is an outdoor shower.
The most amazing feature of this house is the pool. Walk outside to the breathtaking pool which wraps along the property and ends with a lavish hot tub. Want to shower outside, take advantage of the private large outdoor shower (hot and cold water) on the back patio. Its perfect after a day at the beach or even just for your daily shower routine.
No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or anywhere on the property in general.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Very attentive host prior to our arrival and while we were there. The pool does not disappoint. The pool and surrounding areas are beautiful and have anything you could need. Lots of extras for the beach and pool. Bikes are even provided. The house is accurately described. The bedrooms are large! There are even 2 decks on the main level to enjoy. We loved our visit to this beautiful home.

This home was by far the best VRBO that we have stayed at thus far! Excellent communication with the host before and during our stay. He contacted me the week prior to our stay asking if we had any special requests. Upon arrival a beautiful welcome basket full of snacks, fruit and wine, and a refrigerator stocked with beer, seltzer, and cold watermelon awaited us. What a wonderful surprise after a long travel day!The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The main floor is wonderfully laid out with the kitchen, living room (with a huge TV), and dining room (with a ginormous table) all adjacent making hanging out together very easy without ever feeling crowded. The home, and the kitchen, were stocked as well as a personal residence and included items such as a seasoned cast iron skillet, bread maker, juicer, puzzles, games, etc. The zero-entry pool, and hot tub, are absolutely gorgeous. There were many seating options around the pool, and a wonderful collection of pool floats and toys (volleyball net & ball, basketball goal) and lawn games (corn hole, ladder ball). We spent much time enjoying this beautiful part of the property.We really appreciated the available assortment of bikes and beach gear!Each year we try a new VRBO for our annual beach trip because we haven’t quite found one that met all of our wish list items. That is, until now. We’ll be back next year! We highly recommend this home and host!

Bob was a gracious host. The house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed the pool and volleyball net. The East Beach area is beautiful and we enjoyed our morning walks. We will definitely be staying there again!
