One of a kind beautiful bungalow located on the Prosperity side of Lake Murray. This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. Enjoy the majestic views of Lake Murray from the living room, the kitchen, or the super quiet screened deck. Deepwater year-round, and Amazing fishing right off the dock. Open concept kitchen and living room, and plenty of parking space. Kayak and charcoal grill available!

We really enjoyed the beautiful view here even though it’s December. Would love to come back in hot weather. Also, The bed was so comfy. The host responds quickly.

Awsone stay. Everything as described. The dock was the highlight on the trip. Had a pontoon delivered and was super convenient. My son and I try to take a lake trip every year. A lot of laughter and enjoyment on this trip.

The listing states number of beds 4. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds but is doesn’t state that one of the twin beds is a trundle bed which maybe hard to access for for some adults renting the house.
Also the parking. The pictures of the parking do not match up. The parking is cramped if you have a boat, specially if you have 2 boats.
Boat launch- the boat launch on the property is not accessible unless you have a very very small boat.
The property management is great to deal with they answer any questions immediately and want you to enjoy your stay!!
