The first floor of this remarkable home boasts the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with the master suite and a guest bedroom. Step from the living area or the master suite onto the back porch, where you can unwind and watch golfers navigate the course. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a large soaker tub, and a separate stand-up shower in the ensuite bathroom. Likewise, the guest bedroom on this floor also features a king bed and a full bathroom.
Venture upstairs to discover the delightful bunk room, equipped with games for the youngsters in the group! There is a twin/twin bunk bed, accompanied by two additional twin beds, each with a pullout twin trundle bed. This upstairs space also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. To add to your comfort, all bedroom TVs have been recently upgraded to provide full streaming options.
This home includes two golf carts a 4-seater and a 6-seater=—to make exploring the resort easier. Cruise over to the private resort beach, community pool and fitness center, or head to Grand Boulevard or the Village of Baytowne Wharf for some retail therapy!

The vacation rental was very clean.

Overall good experience. Loved the location and golf carts worked great. Furniture (especially outdoors) could use some updating. Very dissatisfied with the ability to contact property management. Had hundreds of dollars of food ready to grill and then found the gas tank empty. Called the “maintenance line” multiple times - never with any updates and gas tank NEVER got delivered (not even a followup the next day). Ended up having to cook the food in oven. Not an huge issue, but the lack of followup was very unprofessional. Overall, a good location and rental home but the assistance with issues during the stay was essentially non-existent.

This was a wonderful property the view was amazing, the house was everything that you could want . We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

My family has been going to Destin for over 30 years for Thanksgiving. My wife and I personally have been going for most if November over the last 5 or so years. We have stayed in nearly every area of Sandestin. Laurel Grove is our favorite. This unit 1285 is the best we have stayed in. We'll equipped. Good view. Best floor plan

Nice house, plenty of room. The golf carts worked well. We love the location. It is quiet and just a golf cart ride away from anything that you might want to do. We played pickleball, fished the ponds, went to the beach shopped and ate. The pool is nice. We come to Sandestin at least 2x a year and always stay in Laurel Grove. I would pick this house again.
