This gorgeous, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has been updated for your upcoming stay. Beautifully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a remolded oversized master bath. There are new hardwood floors, and the kitchen has also recently been remodeled, including a new lower granite countertop for easier bar seating. Enjoy ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on your large balcony. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole family, and there is plenty of room for a family dinner in. The two guest bedrooms are sound facing. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as an XL twin bed. Each guest bedroom has its own bathroom, which have been completely remodeled. The queen bathroom is a private full bath, and the twin bathroom is a full hall bath. With a sparkling oceanfront pool, beach access, and tennis court a short stroll away, there is something for the entire family to enjoy.

This unit is bright, comfortable, safe, and clean. This unit felt like being at home. We were very pleased with the design and supplies of the kitchen. The bed and bathrooms clean. Comfortable and roomy. The only faults were. Bathroom number 3 shower was slow to drain and the front door was difficult to lock and unlock. We are pleased to say we would definitely rent agsin.

Mattress and pillows in master bedroom were awful. Was more like a Motel 8 bedding than bedding you’d expect at a $3800 a week oceanfront rental. Didn’t help that the owners stuck an ill-fitting slab of memory foam on top of the mattress. The bathroom in the bedroom with the twin beds also is in need of upgrade/repair. The drain would not stay open so we could shower. The kitchen trash drawer was broken. The back patio door would not always open and my 81 year old mother in law was trapped out there with my young daughter. We will not stay here again. We won’t book with Intracoastal realty again if you don’t provide better accommodations than this.
