One of the interior doors has a broken knob, no biggie...we just left the door ajar a little so it would not lock.
The curtain across the balcony windows that you have read so much about has been taken down. No problem for us at all but someone sleeping on the couch would be up at dawn. Like I said, no biggie for us.
Couples will do fine here.....it is small but more than enough for a couple......

It would be nice if the owner supplied dish soap and some basic seasoning such as salt and pepper! The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced it’s old and stained. But for a short weekend it was good enough.
