The complex offers indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, lighted tennis courts, hot tubs, saunas, an exercise room, gazebos, and barbeque grills. Whatever you enjoy doing outdoors at the beach, you can find at Phoenix III 3013!

Shower very slow at draining. Toilet making a whistling alarming sound even in the middle of the night when nobody was using it. Dishwasher left the cleaning powder on the dishes when done.
