The condo's size was perfect for a couple. The view was awesome and the property was well maintained.
However I have stayed at the Phoenix III before and was very pleased. This condo was a little disappointing. It clearly had been cleaned but only a surface level clean. The condo needed to be "deep" cleaned and some touchup work done i.e. walls wiped down, baseboards wiped down and/or repainted. The worst to me was the top freezer had rust stains on the rack and there was rust on the side of it. The other thing was the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. We did not do a work order because we had heard from others that it would not be taken care of. I probably would not have noticed any deep cleaning that needed to be done had it not been for the ceiling fan blades being full of dust.
