Welcome to your coastal retreat at Phoenix III! This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private balcony access with stunning floor-to-ceiling Gulf views. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a twin bed, while the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.
The kitchen is equipped with white appliances, a beautiful tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area seats six, creating the perfect spot for meals and memories. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the unit, along with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room for added comfort.
The master bathroom includes a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom also features a tub/shower combo with elegant granite countertops.
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy expansive views of the Gulf—ideal for your morning coffee or an evening sunset.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Our room at the Phoenix III was very clean. The people at the service desk were courteous and professional. It seemed like this condo was strictly used as a rental because the typical "owners" closet was unlocked and empty. Only a few things need to be addressed to give this unit a 5 star rating: new paint through-out(paint on shower wall was peeling bad; new microwave(couldn't set the cook time...had to press predetermined cook times like "popcorn" or "bake potato" to use; washing machine had an extremely loud whine when going through rinse cycle; recliner needs replaced. Like I said the room was very clean and we had a great view of the beach and gulf from the 11th floor. We would stay at this condo again.
