The room was perfect for our weekend plans. The refrigerator and microwave got a workout and saved us a few bucks not having to eat out. The space was clean and quite comfortable. We will certainly consider this location in the future.

I booked this location last-minute as I needed to come to town after a death in the family. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host provides detailed check-in instructions.

There are several things that should be clear in the description. First, the property pictured is, in fact, the house. However, the parking space seen is for the people staying in the house. There is a wooden fence that is not clearly shown where the access to the back room is. There are some square 1'x1' concrete paver blocks that will show you the entrance. You will have to park on the street. Once you cross the fence, there is a trail with outside carpet that will lead you to the door. That's your patio. There are three step to the door. I would say that the room is about 12'x15 and that includes the space for the kitchenette and sink that are located at opposite ends of what once was a closet.
The small bathroom is to the right when you enter the room. There is a queen size bed on the left side.
There is a desk of drawers with the TV on top. and a small table with a chair. There is a small refrigerator with the microwave on top.
It is a very modest room, but I have say that it was clean and felt safe. The neighbourhood is very quiet.
I needed an inexpensive place and it served my needs, It is not a motel/hotel experience. It is simply a small room in the back of a house where you can rest.
